Esco Furnaces presents you our range of  Gas Carburising Heat Treatment Furnace consisting  of Quenching tank and temperature control system.
Our manufactured Gas Carburising Furnace follows a system where steel  efficiently soaks up carbon while the metal is heated in the company of high carbon and flue gases which eventually makes the metal properties harder  and results in better heat treatment process.

Production capacity 150kg/hr to 1000kg/hr
Operating temperature up to 950oC and can be further customized as per the costumer needs.
Sophisticated controls including SCADA & Data Acquisition can be offered 
Option for Endothermic gas or Nitrogen-Methanol system as atmosphere
Option for Gas fired or Electric heating with Radiant tubes
Fully automatic, PLC controlled closed loop system 
Ability to process large numbers of different components
Modular designs for flexibility and ease of maintenance
Silicon carbide skid rails for smooth long lasting movement of charge
